automatically assume he’s been in a deadly car accident.
I really hate how Sundays are so great, but then Mondays are so horrible. I get used to being able to spend all my time with Jes and then he has to go to work. Then I have to spend my time finding something to do, which usually consists of:
1. Washing clothes/ ironing
2. Making food/ planning future menus
3. Vacuuming/ mopping
4. Applying for jobs
5. Reading, watching TV, pinterest, and trying to avoid conversations with Mami and Danette.
What has my life come to? I can’t wait until I can start back to school in the fall.

Last night for dinner Jes and I had a Sour Cream Quiche. I found a recipe online for one but it had chicken and a lot more sour cream than I used. I have another recipe for quiche that called for mayonnaise, so I substituted some of the sour cream for mayonnaise and sausage and bacon for the…
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chicken
- 1 can of whole kernel corn
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- White and cheddar queso

- 1 TBSP butter
Instructions:

This is one of Jes’s favorite things I cook. It’s super easy, quick, and cheap. I usually cut the recipe in half since it’s just the two of us.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 - 8” flour tortillas, cut into half-inch squares.
- Cook ground beef over medium heat until brown and crumbled. Drain fat, and return to skillet.
- Add soup, sauce, water, and tortillas.
- Stir together and cook, on low, for 5-7 minutes.
Mac just took Jes’s cigarettes off the shelf outside and destroyed the box and strewed them all over the yard.
